When we decided to build an addition and renovate a section of our house, we were a little nervous. As a homeowner, you always hear the stories about a project spiraling out of control and budgets being shattered by unexpected changes or revisions. Since we were on a very tight budget, we needed to be certain that everything was precise and that every precaution was being taken to ensure that these "challenges" didn't arise. We were involved in every decision, no matter how big or small, and at no point did we ever see something that went against our plans. In any business where a significant part of the product is service, communication is essential. David and Danny went above and beyond to make sure we knew everything. They explained how things worked, why things were happening, and what options there were. They were happy to explain everything from construction technique to tips for choosing paint color. They were willing to improvise and roll with our changes, and at no time did we feel any pressure. In the end our project surpassed our goals and vision, and we couldn't be happier.
